We are looking for about 10 seasonal workers for our depot in Duved to staff our ski buses starting December 1st until approximately May 5th.

At Connect Bus, we play a crucial role in promoting sustainability and growth while providing valuable community services. During the winter season, we are a key player in keeping Åre's ski resort moving – and now we are looking for dedicated drivers who want to join us on this journey!

As a seasonal driver with us, you are the face of Connect Bus and have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring our passengers have a safe and smooth experience. You transport skiers, visitors, and locals in Åre – always with a high sense of service and safety in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving according to schedule and ensuring smooth transportation.
• Providing good service and creating a positive experience for passengers.
• Handling winter road conditions and adjusting driving according to weather and traffic.

The vehicle fleet will consist of new vehicles – Scania Fencer electric buses that will be delivered during the summer/autumn.

We offer accommodation in the form of a private room with shared facilities with other seasonal workers.

About you

As a person, you not only have the necessary technical competence to drive the bus, but also the right attitude and commitment to provide our passengers with the best possible journey every day. You love driving buses and have excellent driving skills, are comfortable handling large vehicles, and have a strong safety awareness. You are friendly and helpful with good communication skills. Your ability to act independently and handle stressful situations is crucial for the passenger's experience on board.

Qualifications and skills

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

You have a D driver's license.

You have YKB for buses.

You have a digital tachograph card.

It is an advantage if you have previously driven electric buses.
